BOBST showcases connected packaging workflows at LOUPE 2026

Entire integrated workflows take center stage across labels, flexible packaging, and folding carton

Mex, Switzerland, 6 May 2026

BOBST will present its latest innovations in connected packaging production at LOUPE Americas 2026, highlighting how converters can simplify operations, improve performance, and achieve consistent results across applications. LOUPE Americas 2026 – previously known as LabelExpo Americas – will take place September 15-17 in Chicago.

At the center of BOBST’s presence is a focus on customer outcomes in an increasingly complex and competitive environment. Through a series of demonstrations, applications, and customer-led insights, visitors will see how integrated production workflows, from PDF to twin PDF, are helping converters reduce complexity and drive measurable results.

“Our primary focus is not just the innovative technology itself, but how technological innovation can be applied to help our customers navigate through the rapidly evolving packaging landscape of today and tomorrow,” said John Ferreira, VP Sales North America, Flexible Packaging & Labels. “LOUPE is an opportunity to show how our solutions can be tailored to the specific real-world experiences of each customer to make their business highly competitive and future proof.”

Visitors to the BOBST booth will experience:

  • Live demonstrations of DIGITAL MASTER 340 – an All-in-One, All-in-Line modular and upgradable label press with inline quality control performing inspection and calibration in 340 mm (approximately 13.5 inches) print width. The DIGITAL MASTER 340 provides a fully digitalized and automated production line, from printing to embellishment and die-cutting. Reaching speed of 100 m/min at full native resolution of 1200 dpi, in four or six colors plus optional digital white, the DIGITAL MASTER 340 bridges the gap between traditional digital and flexo machines. It offers printing, embellishment and cutting in a single pass, with seamless native integration between the UV inkjet digital engine, and the automated flexo and converting modules.
  • One-to-one conversations with BOBST experts, identifying area where your business can gain a competitive advantage.
  • Other application-driven solutions across labels, flexible packaging, and folding carton.
  • Insights into how BOBST Connect – the all-in-one digital platform that enhances and improves your packaging productivity – enables data-driven decision-making and workflow visibility.
  • Customer success stories, highlighting improvements in productivity, quality, and consistency.

In addition to the booth experience, BOBST will offer customers the opportunity to participate in off-site visits and deeper technical discussions, enabling more tailored engagement aligned to their specific production needs.

Customers will also have the opportunity to further explore solutions through the BOBST Competence Center in Atlanta and the West Coast Demo Center, where live demonstrations, trials, and training programs support ongoing performance improvement.

“Our goal is to create a clear path from what customers see at LOUPE to how they can apply it in their own operations,” said John Ferreira. “Every time we meet with a brand owner or converter, the starting point is their pain points and what we can do to support those. That will be our focus at LOUPE 2026.”

BOBST invites converters, partners, and industry professionals to connect with its team at LOUPE 2026 and explore how connected workflows are shaping the future of packaging production.
