BOBST Ignites Innovation and Engagement at Exclusive Experience Day in Istanbul

Mex, Switzerland, 17 March 2026

BOBST hosted its first BOBST Experience Day – Folding Carton – on March 10, 2026, at its premises in Istanbul, Turkey. The exclusive event brought together a select group of customers representing leading Turkish companies. It offered an excellent opportunity to explore the latest innovations shaping the litho‑laminated packaging industry.

Designed as a high‑impact customer engagement platform, the Experience Day forms part of BOBST’s new framework to connect more directly with the market. It features live online machine demonstrations, expert presentations, application insights and open discussions.

The core of this event was a live online demonstration of the EXPERTFOLD 165 A3, showcasing precision, flexibility, and production efficiency for today’s demanding converting environment. Alongside this, NOVAFLUTE and VISIONFLUTE were highlighted for their ability to help converters achieve higher performance and greater operational control.

The initiative aims to generate awareness and excitement around this differentiated engagement platform, emphasizing BOBST’s commitment to delivering added value and strengthening relationships within the Turkish market. With growing interest in litho‑lam solutions, BOBST used the event to spotlight key trends influencing the industry, including productivity gains, quality enhancement, innovations in process automation and sustainability. The company highlighted its capability to support customers end‑to‑end, from equipment performance to data‑driven services through BOBST Connect.

Reflecting on the event, Arda Zambak, Zone Business Director, stated: ‘This Experience Day demonstrates our commitment to supporting customers with innovative, high‑value solutions that address real production challenges. By combining live demonstrations, expert knowledge and direct interaction, we strengthen our partnerships and reaffirm our role as a long‑term partner to the Turkish packaging industry.’

With the success of this first session, BOBST confirms that more Experience Days are planned throughout the year across multiple segments. The program includes additional Folding Carton days as well as a number of Flexible Packaging, Corrugated Board and Labels events, further expanding opportunities for customers to engage with BOBST experts and technologies in focused, high‑value settings.
